About Us
The Dilapidations Consultancy is a niche practice of Chartered Building Surveyors who are recognised experts in the field of dilapidations law, practice and procedure.
The company was established in 2007 by James McAllister, a well known dilapidations surveyor, to fulfil a requirement by Landlords and Tenants for specialist expert advice and representation in this complex area of commercial property law.
The Dilapidations Consultancy was the first firm of Chartered Surveyors to focus purely on dilapidations and remains unrivalled in terms of the quality of advice, success rates and the qualifications and experience of its consultants.
