In instances where, during the lease term, the Tenant proposes to make alterations to the demised premises of a nature that requires Landlord’s consent, we can assist the Landlord before any Licence for Alteration is granted. Our role will be to review and scrutinise the Tenant’s proposals, identify any areas of concern, suggest necessary amendments and ultimately approve the Tenant’s intended alterations where the Landlord’s pre-consent requirements have been met. We will work alongside the Landlord’s Solicitors to ensure the Licence documentation is only issued once our due diligence process is complete, whilst also ensuring the Landlord does not unreasonably withhold or delay consent.
