Preparation of Repairs Notices

In tandem with our service in preparing end of term dilapidations claims, we also act for Landlords wishing to enforce repairing obligations during the lease term, often as a preamble to forfeiture proceedings. Accordingly, we take appointments to prepare Repair Notices on both non-contentious and contentious grounds where the latter may be used to support a notice purusant to section 146 of the Law of Property Act 1925.
