Arbitration (ADR)

Our principal Surveyor, James McAllister, is a qualified arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  James takes arbitration appointments in dilapidation disputes on an 'ad-hoc' basis as well as by way of arbitration clauses within the lease.
