Where a Tenant in receipt of either an Interim or Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations decides to implement the works to remedy the claimed breaches, we can assist either the Landlord or the Tenant in ensuring the works are properly executed in accordance with the terms of the lease.
Acting for the Tenant, we will draft a Schedule of Works which reflects the required remedial works and then monitor the implementation of those works to ensure full compliance with the terms of the lease so that no outstanding breaches remain. Often this will involve us adopting a full Contract Administration role.
Acting for the Landlord, we will review the Tenant’s proposals and monitor the works being undertaken to ensure the associated covenants within the lease are properly observed.
