Strategic Advice (for Tenants)

Our objective in acting for Tenants served with a dilapidations claim is to ensure the claim is legally discharged at minimal cost and inconvenience. Our ability to successfully defend and settle a commercial dilapidations claim is therefore inherently focussed on the strategic management of the claim from the point of service through to settlement.  We also provide strategic advice on an execution-only basis where the Tenant intends to manage and defend the claim without professional representation.  This will entail invaluable initial guidance on how to minimise liability.
