Planned Maintenance Surveys

In parallel with our service for the provision of Anticipated Future Liability Dilapidations Assessments, we can be instructed to prepare detailed Planned Maintenance Surveys either on an individual property basis or for a portfolio. This entails listing all building components and with our knowledge of building pathology and disrepair, we apply accurate budget cost allowances over a stipulated time period.  For commercial Tenants, this will usually mirror the remaining lease term.  This can be invaluable for life cycle costing and annual budgeting purposes and can also be used to actively manage end of term dilapidations liabilities.
